Contracts and Leases Entered Into After the Petition Date. Contracts and leases entered into after the Petition Date by any Debtor, including any Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases assumed by such Debtor, will be performed by the applicable Debtor or the Reorganized Debtors liable thereunder in the ordinary course of their business. Accordingly, such contracts and leases (including any assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases) will survive and remain unaffected by entry of the Confirmation Order.
Contracts and Leases Entered Into After the Petition Date. Contracts and leases entered into after the Petition Date by any Debtor and any Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases assumed by any Debtor may be performed by the applicable Reorganized Debtor in the ordinary course of business.
Contracts and Leases Entered Into After the Petition Date. Notwithstanding anything contained herein (including any release, discharge, exculpation or injunction provisions) or the Confirmation Order, contracts, agreements, instruments, certificates, leases and other documents entered into after the Petition Date by any Debtor, including any Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases assumed by such Debtor, will be performed by the applicable Debtor or the Reorganized Debtor liable thereunder in the ordinary course of their business. Accordingly, such contracts, agreements, instruments, certificates, leases and other documents (including any assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases) will survive and remain unaffected by the Plan (including the release, discharge, exculpation and injunction provisions), the entry of the Confirmation Order and any other Definitive Documents.
Contracts and Leases Entered Into After the Petition Date. The Debtors or Reorganized Debtors, and, to the extent assigned to a Successful Bidder in the event of a Sale Transaction, the Successful Bidder, as applicable, will perform under any contracts and leases entered into after the Petition Date by any Debtor, including any Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases assumed by any Debtor, and will be liable thereunder in the ordinary course of business.
