Contracts and Leases Entered Into After the Petition Date. Notwithstanding anything contained herein (including any release, discharge, exculpation or injunction provisions) or the Confirmation Order, contracts, agreements, instruments, Certificates, leases and other documents entered into after the Petition Date by any Debtor, including any Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases assumed by such Debtor, will be performed by the applicable Debtor or the Reorganized Debtors liable thereunder in the ordinary course of their business. Accordingly, such contracts, agreements, instruments, Certificates, leases and other documents (including any assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases) will survive and remain unaffected by the Plan (including the release, discharge, exculpation and injunction provisions), the entry of the Confirmation Order and any other Definitive Documentation.
