Contractor’s Staff Identification. 4.4.1 Contractor, at Contractor’s cost, shall provide all staff assigned to provide services at County’s site under this Agreement a visible photo identification badge in accordance with County specifications. Identification badge specifications may change at the sole discretion of County, and Contractor will be provided new specifications as required. The format and content of the badge is subject to County’s approval prior to Contractor implementing the use of the badge. Contractor’s staff, while on duty or when entering a County facility or its grounds, shall prominently display the photo identification badge on the upper part of the body. 4.4.2 Contractor shall notify County within one (1) Business Day when staff is terminated from work under this Agreement. Contractor is responsible to retrieve and immediately destroy the staff’s County-specified photo identification badge at the time of removal from Work under this Agreement. 4.4.3 If County requests the removal of Contractor’s staff and Contractor is responsible to retrieve and immediately destroy Contractor staff’s County photo identification badge at the time of removal from onsite work under this Agreement.
