Contractor’s Safety Program. During the construction process, Contractor shall initiate, maintain, and supervise all reasonable safety precautions and programs in connection with the performance of this Agreement. Contractor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of and shall provide reasonable protection against damage, injury or loss to: (i) Contractor's employees performing the Work and all persons who may reasonably be anticipated to be affected thereby (ii) the Work and Plant Equipment to be incorporated therein, whether in storage off or on the Site, under the care custody or control of Contractor and/or its Subcontractors; (iii) all other property on the Site or adjacent thereto, such as trees, shrubs, lawns, walks, pavements, roadways, structures and utilities not designated for removal, or replacement in the course of construction and (iv) public road and rail systems used in performing the Work.
