Contractor's report. (1) If there is a wage determination attachment to this contract and any classes of service employees not listed on it are to be employed under the contract, the Contractor shall report promptly to the Contracting Officer the wages to be paid and the fringe benefits to be provided each of these classes, when determined under paragraph (c) of this clause. (2) If wages to be paid or fringe benefits to be furnished any service employees under the contract are covered in a collective bargaining agreement effective at any time when the contract is being performed, the Contractor shall provide to the Contracting Officer a copy of the agreement and full information on the application and accrual of wages and benefits (including any prospective increases) to service employees working on the contract. The Contractor shall report when contract performance begins, in the case of agreements then in effect, and shall report subsequently effective agreements, provisions, or amendments promptly after they are negotiated.

(2) Changes recommended to improve the City’s ability to meet the goals of AB 939; and939. (3) AnyContractor’s specific plans for the provision of such new services by the Contractor, along with the estimated expenses and adjustments to rates necessary to compensate Contractor for providing suchthese services, or a justification indicating whyfor Contractor believes’s belief that such new services are not feasible for the franchise areaFranchise Area.
Contractor's report. With each monthly invoice, Contractor shall submit a written report identifying the Construction Milestones that Contractor has completed during that month.

  • Contractor’s Records The Contractor shall keep true and accurate accounts, records, books and data which shall correctly reflect the business transacted by the Contractor in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. These records shall be stored in Orange County for a period of three (3) years after final payment is received from the County. Storage of records in another county will require written approval from the County of Orange assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent.
