Contractor’s Records The Contractor shall keep true and accurate accounts, records, books and data which shall correctly reflect the business transacted by the Contractor in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. These records shall be stored in Orange County for a period of three (3) years after final payment is received from the County. Storage of records in another county will require written approval from the County of Orange assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent.
Auditor's Reports Promptly upon receipt thereof, a copy of any other report or "management letter" submitted by independent accountants to any Consolidated Party in connection with any annual, interim or special audit of the books of such Person.
Progress Report 10.1 If required, you shall submit progress reports in connection with the Service (“Report”) on at least a monthly basis, or as we may require. The Report shall include a summary of the activities and accomplishments during the previous reporting period.
Contractor’s Representative Contractor hereby designates [***INSERT NAME OR TITLE***], or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“Contractor’s Representative”). Contractor’s Representative shall have full authority to represent and act on behalf of the Contractor for all purposes under this Agreement. The Contractor’s Representative shall supervise and direct the Services, using his best skill and attention, and shall be responsible for all means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures and for the satisfactory coordination of all portions of the Services under this Agreement.
Inspection Checklist (check one) ☐ In order to avoid disagreements about the condition of the Premises, at the time of accepting possession of the Premises, Tenant will complete the Inspection Checklist incorporated herein by reference and attached hereto as Exhibit B and record any damage or deficiencies that exist at the commencement of the Term. Landlord will be liable for the cost of any cleaning or repair to correct damages found at the time of the inspection. Tenant will be liable for the cost of any cleaning and/or repair to correct damages found at the end of the Term if not recorded on the inspection checklist, normal wear and tear excepted. ☐ The Tenant is NOT required to complete an inspection checklist.
COMPTROLLER’S REPORT ON CHAPTER 313 AGREEMENTS During the term of this Agreement, both Parties shall provide the Comptroller with all information reasonably necessary for the Comptroller to assess performance under this Agreement for the purpose of issuing the Comptroller’s report, as required by Section 313.032 of the TEXAS TAX CODE.
Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.
CONTRACTOR’S REPRESENTATIONS 8.01 In order to induce Owner to enter into this Contract, Contractor makes the following representations:
Management Report Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all detailed financial and management reports submitted to Borrower or any other Loan Party by independent auditors in connection with each annual or interim audit made by such auditors of the books of Borrower or any other Loan Party.
Final Project Report Prepare a final Project Report that addresses, to the extent feasible, comments made by the Grant Manager on the draft final Project Report. Submit one (1) reproducible master, and an electronic copy of the final.
