Common use of Contractor's Progress Reports Clause in Contracts

Contractor's Progress Reports. Failure to submit proper Contractor’s progress reports in appropriate and timely fashion shall be deemed a waiver and relinquishment of any right, claim or privilege to obtain an extension of time for the performance of the Contractor’s work.
