Contractor's accounting records. 6.1 The Contractor shall keep records pertaining to Services performed (including complete and detailed time records) on the basis of recognized bookkeeping practices, generally accepted accounting principles, and in accordance with such reasonable requirements to facilitate audit as the Town may provide. All records shall be available to the Town or its authorized representatives for review and audit during normal business hours.
