Common use of Contractor Work Commitment Clause in Contracts

Contractor Work Commitment. Beginning upon EDC and continuing for the term of the [*****], Contractor shall commence the Work in full compliance with the requirements of this Contract and perform sufficient Work to maintain the Delivery Dates for the Satellites. Such Work during the [*****] shall be comprised of the completion or provision, as the context indicates, of the following work effort as may be more fully described in Exhibit B (SOW): (a) program kickoff meeting; (b) System Requirements Status Review and release of Satellite Payload and Bus specifications;
