Common use of Contractor Work Commitment Clause in Contracts

Contractor Work Commitment. Contractor shall commence the Work in compliance with the requirements of this Agreement and will use reasonable efforts to perform sufficient Work to maintain the Delivery Dates for the Satellite. Such Work shall be comprised of the completion or provision, as the context indicates, of the items more specifically described in Exhibit B.
