Contractor Technical Representative. This term refers to the person who will manage the Work for Contractor and who will serve as Contractor’s single point of contact for all technical and management matters related to the Work. Contractor Technical Representative. A qualified technical representative shall be in attendance during startup operations, if required to make any necessary adjustments and give instructions to assure correct operations. If the Contractor should have any questions in regards with these specifications, the Purchasing Officer, or a designated representative, will be available to talk to the Contractor and explain them in detail. Contractor must meet the intent of these specifications, and which may be comparable to the unit(s) described, must contact the Transportation Division for his approval prior to the change being made. It must be signed by the Transportation Division Representative, or other designated representative, and returned to the vendor requesting the change before any change shall be considered as acceptable.
