Contractor Subcontracts Sample Clauses
Contractor Subcontracts. Contractor shall ensure that the terms of each Contractor Subcontract with an aggregate value equal to or exceeding fifty thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) provide that it may be, without requiring the prior consent of the relevant Subcontractor, in whole or in part, assigned and delegated by Contractor to Owner, upon assumption of the obligations in respect of such Contractor Subcontract by Owner, in the event of a termination of this Agreement for any reason.
Contractor Subcontracts. The Contractor shall enter into contracts with Subcontractors (“Contractor Subcontracts”) in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Section A.15 and Section D.7.
a. Notwithstanding the subcontracting of any portion of the services by Contractor, Contractor shall remain the State's sole point of contact with respect to the FM Services.
b. All Contractor Subcontracts shall:
(1) Be in the name of and executed by the Contractor;
(2) Identify the State as a third party beneficiary and permit the assignment of the Contractor Subcontractor, at the State's sole option, to the State or an Authorized Entity;
(3) Include a provision for cancellation by the Contractor, or in the case of assignment to the State or an Authorized Entity, upon not more than thirty
