Contractor Responsiveness. The Contract Manager, or designated alternate, shall be available for telephone communication with the Unit POC, as required by the Unit POC, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A personal answering service is permitted at other than normal contract workdays and work hours for receipt of Unit POC emergency response work requirements, provided that the Contract Manager or designee responds to all calls within a time not to exceed two (2) hours after notification of the call by the answering machine and/or service. The Contract Manager and any individuals designated to act in that capacity shall have full authority to contractually bind the Contractor for prompt action on matters pertaining to execution of the Requirement Specifications.
