Common use of Contractor Responsibility Clause in Contracts

If Contractor uses a subcontractor for any portion of the services required under this Contract, Contractor remains primarily responsible for carrying out all the terms of this Contract, including the subcontractor’s performance and insuring that the subcontractor retains and makes its records available in accordance with this Contract.
