Contractor Requirements. A. The Contractor and all of its Subcontractors for the duration of the Contract are required to comply with all laws regarding authorization to do business in Virginia, licensing, and other regulatory requirements as applicable; to be financially stable; and to provide for performance of the Work a sufficient work force, all of whom are qualified for and experienced in the Work.
