No employee of the organization who will be in the presence of students on school property during regular school hours or during school-sponsored activities during the performance of any Purchase Order has been convicted of a felony or of any offense involving the sexual molestation, physical or sexual abuse or rape of a child; and

Contractor Certification Regarding Criminal Convictions. The undersigned, an authorized agent of the Contractor and on behalf of Sierra-Cedar, LLC (Contractor) hereby agree that the Contractor will hold Arlington Public Schools (APS) provided information, documents, data, images, records and the like (hereafter “Information”) confidential and secure and to protect it against loss, misuse, alteration, destruction or disclosure.
