Common use of Contractor Presentations Clause in Contracts

Contractor Presentations. At the discretion of the County, the Contractor may be required to provide a brief update on the Project to the Xxxxxxx County Board of County Commissioners, “Board”, up to two (2) times per contract term. Presentations shall be made in a properly advertised Public Meeting on a schedule to be determined by the County Manager or his designee. Prior to the scheduled presentation date, the Contractor shall meet with appropriate County staff to discuss the presentation requirements and format. Presentations may include, but not be limited to, the following information: Original contract amount, project schedule, project completion date and any changes to the aforementioned since Notice to Proceed was issued.
