Contractor Information Required. i. Subject Water: The water that is subject of this SCIA is/has been previously used pursuant to the following court decrees on file with the State of Colorado Division of Water Resources: Water Rights Information: Structure Case No. Amount Adjudication Date Appropriation Date ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Res CA2259 132.99 AF 05/30/1972 10/26/1949 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Res No. 2 CA2259 53.68 AF 05/30/1972 10/01/1958 ii. Contractor Use of Subject Water: The Contractor uses the water to fill the 132.99 acre-ft ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Reservoir and 53.68 acre-ft ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Reservoir No. 2, using water that diverted from Bell Rock Gulch and McLernon Draw, respectively. Typically, the Contractor fills both reservoirs and uses that water to irrigate agricultural lands nearby.
