Common use of Contractor Coordination Clause in Contracts

Contractor Coordination. By submitting Shop Drawings, Submittals, product data, samples, etc., the Contractor represents that it has determined and verified all materials, field measurements, catalog numbers, related field construction criteria, and other relevant data in connection with each such submission, and that it has checked, verified, and coordinated the information contained within such Submittals with the requirements of the Work and of the Contract Documents, including the construction schedule. Contractor shall stamp, sign, and date each Submittal indicating its representation that the Submittal meets all of the requirements of the Contract Documents and evidence Contractor’s review through execution of the following stamp to be placed on each Shop Drawings: “The [contractor] has reviewed and approved the field dimensions and the construction criteria, and has also made written notation regarding any information in the Shop Drawings and Submittals that does not conform to the Contract Documents. This Shop Drawing or Submittal has been coordinated with all other Shop Drawings and Submittals received to date by me as Contractor and this duty of coordination has not been delegated to Subcontractors, material suppliers, the Architect, or the Engineers on this Project.
