Common use of Contractor Acknowledgment Clause in Contracts

Contractor Acknowledgment. Contractor acknowledges that Contractor has read and understands this agreement and has had the opportunity to consult legal counsel in regard to this Agreement. Contractor further acknowledges that Contractor has entered into it freely and voluntarily and based on Contractor’s own judgment and not on any representations or promises other than those contained in this Agreement and further agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Yurok Tribal Court for all actions arising out of this Agreement.
