Common use of Contractor Access Clause in Contracts

Contractor Access. Lessee covenants that, if Lessee desires to have any repair, maintenance, or other work conducted on its Boat or PWC while such Boat or PWC is in the Slip or otherwise within the Marina or on land appurtenant thereto, such contractor shall be required to enter into, and have on file with the Lessor the Contractor Access Agreement attached hereto as Schedule C, and shall provide or have on file with Lessor evidence of insurance at such levels as Lessor may require, covering at a minimum the following: (i) general liability insurance; (ii) environmental liability insurance; (iii) automobile liability insurance; (iv) worker’s compensation and employers’ liability insurance (at Wisconsin state statutory limits and with coverage endorsements for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Harbor Workers Act claims). Lessor reserves the right to charge any outside contractors a per day fee for use of the facilities or premises at SOUTH BAY Marina.
