Common use of Contractor Access Clause in Contracts

Contractor Access. Access routes, entrance gates or doors, parking and storage areas and any imposed time limitations shall be designated by the Contract Administrator. Contractor shall conduct operations in strict observation of the access routes and other areas established as described above. Under no circumstances shall any of Contractor's personnel, vehicles, or equipment enter or move upon any area not authorized by the Contract Administrator for access by Contractor.
