Common use of Contracting Parties Assignment Clause in Contracts

Contracting Parties Assignment. (a) The Contracting Parties shall not sell, assign, transfer, charge, mortgage, encumber, dispose of or otherwise alienate all or any part of any interest, whether legal or beneficial, in this Project Agreement, the Construction Contract or any other Implementing Agreement without the prior written consent of Hospital, which consent may be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
