Contract Understanding and Approach. Each proposal must contain a detailed description of how the Proposer will fulfill and guarantee the contract requirements outlined in this RFP. Answers to the following questions must be provided for the purpose of demonstrating the understanding of and approach to services that are required under this contract. Responses shall be limited to a maximum of twelve (12) pages total. Pertinent information over and above responses to the direct questions may be provided, at the Proposer’s discretion, as long as the twelve-page limit is not exceeded. All responses shall be consistent with the proposed methods of providing services under this contract.
