Common use of Contract Supremacy Clause in Contracts

Contract Supremacy. ‌ Unless otherwise provided herein, the terms and conditions of employment set forth in this Agreement are subject to the laws of the United States, the State of Ohio, the City of Cincinnati and all applicable Administrative Rules and Regulations, which have the effect of law. In the case of conflict between the terms and conditions herein and otherwise applicable State and local law or regulation, this Agreement shall prevail pursuant to Ohio Revised Code §4117.10(A).
