Common use of Contract Structure Clause in Contracts

Contract Structure. 2.1 A Reseller Agreement comprises 2.1.1 the Order entered into in accordance with Clause 4; 2.1.2 the terms of the applicable Specific Schedule(s); and 2.1.3 the terms and conditions included in these GTC, (together, the "Reseller Agreement") 2.2 In the event of a conflict between this GTC and any other document incorporated into the Reseller Agreement, these GTC shall take precedence. 2.3 No terms and conditions of the Supplier shall apply to any transaction entered into by the Supplier and Reseller to which this Reseller Agreement applies unless such terms are specifically agreed by the Supplier and Reseller and incorporated into this Reseller Agreement (or any Order) in writing.
