Contract Programme Sample Clauses
The Contract Programme clause defines the schedule or timeline for the execution of works under a contract. It typically requires the contractor to prepare and submit a detailed programme outlining the sequence and timing of project activities, milestones, and completion dates, often subject to approval by the employer or project manager. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear and agreed-upon plan for how and when the work will be carried out, helping to coordinate activities, monitor progress, and manage delays or changes effectively.
