Contract Oversight. The DEP has entered into the Commonwealth Contract requiring the Contractor to Receive and Process Program Recyclables. The DEP shall provide the Designated Community with relevant Contractor operational data upon request, within 30 days of such request, in accordance with the public records law, ▇.▇. ▇. 66, s. 10.
