Common use of CONTRACT OBLIGATION Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT OBLIGATION. The District shall pay an amount not to exceed $25,000 (twenty-five thousand dollars) for the performance of all things reasonably necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of work as set forth in the “Responsibilities of NWESD”.

CONTRACT OBLIGATION. The District shall pay an amount not to exceed $25,000 34,000 (twentythirty-five four thousand dollars) for the performance of all things reasonably necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of work as set forth in the “Responsibilities of NWESD”.

CONTRACT OBLIGATION. The District NWESD shall pay an amount not to exceed $25,000 32,500 (twentythirty-two thousand five thousand hundred dollars) for the performance of all things reasonably necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of work as set forth in the “Responsibilities of NWESDDistrict”.
