Contract Minimums. Except as provided in this Agreement, the terms herein are intended to cover only minimums in wages, hours, and working conditions, and the Employer may place superior wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment in effect and may reduce the same to the minimums herein prescribed without the consent of the Union.
