Contract Minimums. ‌ 8.1 The terms herein are intended to cover only minimums in wages, hours, working conditions, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment, and the Employer may place superior wages, hours, and working conditions, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment, in effect and may reduce the same to the minimums herein prescribed without the consent of the Union.
