Contract Minimums. 16.1 Contract Minimums for each Contract Minimum Year shall be established in accordance with Clause 18 of the Framework Agreement. 16.2 The Contract Minimum for the initial Contract Minimum Year shall be a sum equivalent to [***]* 16.3 Within [***]*, BPA may give Exult [***]* written notice of a proposed reduction in the Contract Minimum to take account of specified reductions in BPA's requirements for Services. These reductions shall reflect material changes in BPA's business operations or structure including those caused by Significant Changes.
