The CONTRACT LANGUAGE ADOPTION clause establishes which language version of a contract is considered authoritative and binding between the parties. In practice, this clause is used when contracts are drafted in multiple languages, specifying, for example, that the English version will prevail in case of discrepancies or conflicts between translations. CONTRACT LANGUAGE ADOPTION.
