Contract Execution Policy Sample Clauses
A Contract Execution Policy clause defines the procedures and requirements for formally entering into and executing a contract. It typically outlines who is authorized to sign the agreement, the necessary steps for execution (such as obtaining approvals or signatures), and any conditions that must be met before the contract becomes effective. For example, it may require that both parties sign original copies or that electronic signatures are acceptable. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the contract is validly executed, reducing the risk of disputes over whether the agreement is legally binding.
