Contract Dates. This Contract shall begin on Insert date [month,day, year] for this contract to begin or the date on which the last Party has signed the Contract, whichever is later, and shall end on Insert end date for this contract. DEO shall not be obligated to pay for costs incurred related to this Contract prior to its beginning date or after its ending date.

Contract Dates. I understand that the term of this contract is for 2023-2024 Northwestern University academic year (Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters, excluding Summer quarter), effective as of the signature date of this contract. I agree to vacate my room within 24-hours of my last final examination in June, or if I am graduating, I agree to vacate my room by 6:00PM on the day after Commencement. I understand that unless formally released from this contract by the Executive Director (see Residence Hall Policies and Procedures Release from Contract) I am responsible for the room rental charges set forth in the below Cancellation Fee Schedule.
Contract Dates. The Purchaser shall cut and pay for all designated timber on or before and shall complete all other obligations on or before the contract expiration date of unless this contract is extended in accordance with Section B2.5 of the Standard Provisions.
Contract Dates. The Date of Commencement of the Work shall be the date fixed in the Notice to Proceed (SE-790) issued by the Agency to the Design-Builder. The Contract Time shall be measured from the Date of Commencement. The Agency shall issue the SE-790 to the Design-Builder, no less than seven days prior to the Date of Commencement. Unless otherwise provided in the contract documents and provided the Design-Builder has secured all required insurance and surety bonds, the Design-Builder may commence work immediately upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Agency and Design-Builder mutually agree that time is of the essence with respect to the times set forth in the Contract Documents. Subject to adjustments of the Contract Time as provided in the Contract Documents, the Design-Builder will achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work within the Contract Time indicated on the Notice to Proceed. If the Design-Builder fails to achieve Substantial Completion of the Work within the time specified, the Agency shall be entitled to withhold or recover from the Design-Builder liquidated damages. Design-Builder agrees that from the compensation to be paid, the Agency shall retain as liquidated damages the amount indicated in the Notice to Proceed for each calendar day the actual construction time required to achieve Substantial Completion exceeds the specified, or adjusted, time for Substantial Completion as provided in the Contract Documents. The liquidated damages amount is intended by the parties as the predetermined measure of compensation for actual damages, not as a penalty. Design-Builder will achieve Final Completion of the Work no later than calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion is established.
Contract Dates. 1. Fall 2022 semester August 17th to December 14th.
Contract Dates the activities and services defined under section 1.2 shall be performed from prior to the pool opening for the season, and continue until after the pool is closed.
Contract Dates. It is agreed between the parties that this Contract shall continue in full force and effective until 11:59 P.M., June 30, 2024. If either party desires to modify this Contract, they shall give written notice on or before February 1, 2024 in accordance with NRS 288.180. However, if the parties do not arrive at a new agreement before July 1, 2024, the provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect until the parties execute a new Agreement.

Students will have the option to extend the term of their Contract to include the Summer 2024 quarter pursuant to Paragraph 1 of the Addendum, below. I agree to vacate my room within 24-hours of my last final examination in June, or if I am graduating, I agree to vacate my room by 6:00PM on the day after Commencement. I understand that unless formally released from this contract by the Executive Director (see Residence Hall Policies and Procedures Release from Contract), I am responsible for the room rental charges and any applicable fees.
