Contract, Contract Interpretation Instructions, and Definitions. ‌ 1.1 Entire Agreement‌ This Contract contains all terms and conditions agreed upon by the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Contract and supersedes all other agreements, negotiations, understanding, or representations, verbal or written, between the Parties relative to the subject matter hereof. Each Party acknowledges that it is entering into the Contract solely on the basis of the representations contained herein, and for its own purposes and not for the benefit of any third party. This Contract will not apply to any events or transactions occurring prior to the Effective Date of Services.
