Contract Cleaning. A. The successful bidder on all contract cleaning contracts shall be required to employ union workers to perform under the terms of its contract with the Board. All individuals, regular or seasonal, used by any such contract cleaner will be union members or eligible to join a union. No contract cleaning services may be utilized in order to permanently displace any bargaining unit member or position covered by this agreement. B. A certified membership list shall be provided to the Union on September 1 and February 1.
