Contract Cleaning. A. The successful bidder on all contract cleaning contracts shall be required to employ union workers to perform under the terms of its contract with the Board. All individuals, regular or seasonal, used by any such contract cleaner will be union members or eligible to join a union. No contract cleaning services may be utilized in order to permanently displace any bargaining unit member or position covered by this agreement.
B. A certified membership list shall be provided to the Union on September 1 and February 1.
Contract Cleaning. Cleaning is available for the LODGE only and is mandatory for family reunions and weddings. There is a fee of $250.00 required. Renters are responsible for putting tables and chairs away dishes washed and put away, stoves and counter tops cleaned and everything put in its proper place. Shower houses and cabins are to be cleaned by renters.
Contract Cleaning. We are able to arrange for your property to be professionally cleaned at the commencement and end of any tenancy and between tenancies if required.
Contract Cleaning. The Employer and the Union agree to establish a Joint Committee to review the pros and cons associated with having contract cleaners at the schools specified in paragraph 25.01 of the Custodial Maintenance Collective Agreement. The Committee shall review the cost efficiencies (if any), service, morale, declining enrolment and any other related issues associated with contract schools. It is intended that a report shall be prepared by the Committee, which addresses the relevant issues, which report is intended to be presented to the Board (in camera) prior to the next round of bargaining.
