Contract Audits Eligible Purchaser represents and warrants that it shall cooperate with Enterprise Services, the Office of the State Auditor, federal officials, and/or any third party authorized by law or contract, in any audit conducted by such party pertaining to any Contracts that Eligible Purchaser has made purchases from pursuant to this Agreement, including providing records related to any purchases from such Contracts.
Contract Administration The Delegate shall cause that the foreign custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian shall be governed by a written contract that the Delegate has determined will provide reasonable care for Fund assets based on the standards applicable to custodians in the relevant market. Each such contract shall, except as set forth in the last paragraph of this subsection (b), include provisions that provide:
Extra Contract Agreements (a) The Employer agrees not to enter into any agreement or contract with its employees, individually or collectively, which in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Any such agreement shall be null and void.

Enterprise Services’ contract administrator shall provide Master Contract oversight. Contractor’s contract administrator shall be Contractor’s principal contact for business activities under this Master Contract. The parties may change contractor administrators by written notice as set forth below. Any notices required or desired shall be in writing and sent by U.S. mail, postage prepaid, or sent via email, and shall be sent to the respective addressee at the respective address or email address set forth below or to such other address or email address as the parties may specify in writing: Enterprise Services Contractor
DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. OGS CENTRALIZED CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.
CONTRACT AMOUNT Compensation amount(s), when stated in this Bid Specifications, shall not be construed as either the maximum or minimum amount which Department shall be obligated to accept as the result of this Bid Specifications or any Agreement entered into as a result of this Bid Specifications.
CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE By acceptance of this order, Xxxxxx agrees that the scope of the work required is understood by Xxxxxx; that there are no informal commitments by Buyer that in any way affect the work under this order; that there are no open or unresolved issues related to this order except as explicitly stated herein; and that Xxxxxx therefore understands and agrees that this order states the complete agreement of the parties. COST ACCOUNTING STANDARDS (CAS) CAS requirements do not apply if the order does not exceed $650,000 or if the Seller claims an exemption per the Proposal Representation and Certification, or if certified cost or pricing data was not provided.
