Common use of Contract Administration and Industry Development Fees Clause in Contracts

Contract Administration and Industry Development Fees. 19:01 Contract Administration and Industry Development Fees have been committed to develop and maintain Collective Bargaining Agreements and to create, support and promote programs to continually enhance the unionized construction product. The CODC Construction Opportunities Development Council Inc. ("CODC") has been incorporated to administer funds contributed on behalf of both the Saskatchewan Provincial Building and Construction Trades Council ("SPB & CTC") and CLR Construction Labour Relations Association of Saskatchewan Inc. ("CLR"). CODC will allocate the contributions to the respective organizations as provided for in this Article.
