Contract Acreage. This Agreement shall cover only the Available Acreage as described in Exhibits "A" and "B." Should any acreage be jointly acquired pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement as stated in Section 2.4 below, then said newly acquired acreage shall automatically become part of the Contract Acreage.
