CONTINUOUS PERFORMANCE PLEDGE. 1. The Association and its agents agree not to call, engage in, sanction or approve any strike, or other work stoppage during the duration of this agreement. 2. The Board agrees there will be no lockout of employees. 3. The Union and the Board will make every reasonable effort to prevent violations of this pledge.
