CONTINUOUS PERFORMANCE PLEDGE. A. The C.F.V.E.A. and its agents agree not to call, engage in, sanction, or approve any strike, or other work stoppage during the duration of this Agreement. B. The Board agrees there will be no lockout of employees. C. The C.F.V.E.A. and the Board will make every reasonable effort to prevent or terminate violations of this pledge.
