Continuous Day Sample Clauses
The "Continuous Day" clause defines how a day is measured for the purposes of the agreement, typically specifying that a day consists of a full 24-hour period that runs without interruption. In practice, this means that any reference to a day in the contract is calculated from a specific starting point and continues for 24 consecutive hours, regardless of calendar days or business hours. This clause ensures clarity and consistency in interpreting deadlines, timeframes, or durations, thereby preventing disputes over how time periods are counted within the contract.
