Common use of Continuous Assignment Clause in Contracts

Continuous Assignment. In the event that a TTOC’s assignment is interrupted by the return of a teacher who subsequently is absent within two (2) working days, and the TTOC is reassigned to the same assignment, on or before the third day, the assignment shall proceed as if it had not been broken for salary provisions or contract provisions which depend upon the length of the assignment.

Continuous Assignment. a. In the event that a TTOC’s the assignment of the TTOC is interrupted after five (5) teaching days by the return of a teacher an employee who subsequently is absent within two (2) working days, the original TTOC, if available, shall be recalled and the TTOC is reassigned to the same assignment, on or before the third day, the assignment shall proceed as if it had has not been broken for salary provisions or contract provisions which depend upon the length of the assignment.

Continuous Assignment. In the event that a TTOC’s 's assignment is interrupted by the return of a teacher who subsequently is absent within two one (21) working daysday, the TTOC, if that TTOC has the necessary qualifications for the TTOC assignment, shall be reassigned subject to availability and the TTOC is reassigned to the same assignment, on or before the third day, the assignment shall proceed as if it had not been broken for salary provisions or contract provisions which depend upon the length of the assignmentpurposes.

In the event that a TTOC’s assignment is interrupted by the return of a teacher who subsequently is absent within two (2) working daysteacher, and that teacher is subsequently absent the TTOC is reassigned to the same assignment, on or before the third following one working day, then that TTOC, if available, shall be reassigned and the assignment shall proceed as if it had has not been broken for salary provisions or contract provisions which depend upon the length of the assignment.
