Common use of Continuous Assignment Clause in Contracts

Continuous Assignment. In the event that a Teacher-Teaching-on-Call's assignment is interrupted by the return of a teacher who subsequently is absent within one (1) working day, the Teacher-Teaching-on-Call, if that Teacher-Teaching-on-Call has the necessary qualifications for the Teacher-Teaching-on-Call assignment, shall be reassigned subject to availability and the Teacher-Teaching-on-Call assignment shall proceed as if it had not been broken for salary purposes.
