Common use of Continuous Assignment Clause in Contracts

Continuous Assignment. In the event that a Teacher Teaching On Call assignment is interrupted by the return of a teacher, who after one (1) day is absent again for the same reason as the original absence, the Board will endeavour to assign the Teacher Teaching On Call to that position and the assignment shall proceed as if it were uninterrupted.
