Borrower acknowledges, understands, and agrees that the representations and warranties set forth in this Section 5 shall be deemed to be continuing during all times when any or all of the Indebtedness remains outstanding and such representations and warranties shall be restated and made effective as of each date a disbursement is requested and made in accordance herewith.
