Continuing Employees – Additional Employment Terms. From and after the Merger Effective Time, Parent shall, and shall cause the Tiger Group and their respective Affiliates to, honor all obligations of the Tiger Group under this Agreement. In addition, if Parent or Parent’s Affiliate (other than a Tiger Group Member) employs any Continuing Employee from or after Merger Effective Time, Parent or such Affiliate shall comply with all obligations of the Tiger Group under this Agreement with respect to Parent’s or its Affiliate’s employment of such employee.
