Continued Sponsorship of Hourly Employee Benefit Plans. Except as ------------------------------------------------------ otherwise specifically provided herein, each of Automotive Company and Packaging Company shall continue (and shall, as applicable, cause each other member of its respective Group over which it has direct or indirect legal or effective control to continue) to sponsor all employee benefit plans for hourly employees which, as of the close of business on the Distribution Date, are in existence and relate to the Active Employees and/or Former Employees of its respective Group, subject to its rights under such plans to amend or terminate such plans.
