Common use of Continued Medical Benefits Clause in Contracts

Continued Medical Benefits. Your reimbursement of continued health coverage under COBRA or taxable lump sum payments in lieu of reimbursement, as applicable, and as described in Section 4.2 of the Plan, will be provided for a period of 12 months following the date of your Qualifying Termination.
